We’re pleased to introduce our 2026 award categories, created to recognise the achievements, dedication and hard work of businesses and individuals across Wigan Borough.

Our categories reflect the breadth of businesses, people and organisations that make our borough such a great place to do business, from established companies and growing independents to charities, community organisations and individuals making a real impact day to day. There’s something here for businesses of all sizes and sectors.

Alongside our awards, we’re also proud to present our Hall of Recognition which is a peer-led way to acknowledge individuals and businesses who consistently go the extra mile, support others, and contribute positively to our business community.
